Since 1996, Fondazione Fossano Musica has organized a prestigious musical event for trombonists worldwide.
The seminar spans five days.

James Markey: 10 bass trombones
Michel Becquet: 10 tenor trombones

*On the last day of class, M° Markey will follow the tenor trombones and M° Becquet the bass trombones.

Fondazione Fossano Musica aims to facilitate and encourage young musicians from Conservatories, Accredited Music Institutes, and Music Schools in Italy to participate by offering a reduced fee. Upon registration, participants must send a document confirming their enrollment and attendance at their respective institutions to direttore@fondazionefossanomusica.it or include it in the registration form (biography section).
Competition Simulation
All active participants can compete.
The competition jury will consist of the seminar faculty.
Two First Prizes of €500 each will be awarded to the highest-scoring participants, one prize for tenor trombone and one for bass trombone.

Bass Trombone:

9:00 - 9:30 Group warm-up
9:30 - 12:30 Lessons / Masterclasses
14:30 - 17:30 Lessons / Masterclasses
18:00 - 19:00 Trombone choir / orchestral excerpts
Participation Fees and Information:
· Active participant fee: €500
· Auditor fee (full seminar duration): €200
· Auditor fee (students from Italian Conservatories, Accredited Institutes, and Music Schools): €150
· Auditor fee (single-day attendance): €50
· The listed fees cover attendance only and do not include accommodation and meals.
