City of Fossano
The municipality of Fossano, historically owner and manager of the Civic Musical Institute "Vittorio Baravalle", started in 2010 the search for a private body available to share, participate in and pursue the intent to prevent the establishment of a Participation Foundation, intended as a subject able to represent an advanced model of promotion of a new welfare community and, specifically, to assume ownership of the said Institute.
Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Fossano
The Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Fossano is the main shareholder of C.R.F. Spa and was born from the Cassa di Risparmio di Fossano that in 1991 left the banking business to the Società per Azioni, maintaining the traditional institutional and disbursing activities in the hands of the Foundation. It manages its own patrimony in the interest of the local community from which it historically comes, for its development and its valorization, and pursues objectives of public interest and social utility. To this end, he supported the City of Fossano in the establishment of the Fossano Musica Foundation.
